Tony Hayward, Chairman of the Board
Tony was the Chief Executive of BP from 2007 to 2010. He joined BP in 1982. Since retiring from BP, he has held a number of board positions including at Genel, Glencore and Noga Holdings. He is currently the Executive Chairman of Sierracol and Chairman of Energy Transition Partners.
Jeroen van der Veer, Non-Executive Director
Jeroen was the Chief Executive of Shell from 2005 to 2009. He joined Shell in 1971. Since retiring from Shell, he has held several board positions including at ING, Phillips and Unilever. He has been appointed by the Queen of the Netherlands as a Commander in the Order of Orange-Nassau and in 2010 was presented with Singapore's Honorary Citizen Award.
