We drive continuous improvement of our HSE performance through promoting parallel themes of cultural development and top-notch management systems. Developing culture drives the behaviours we are looking for and ensures that our workforce is committed to taking care of each other. We also actively engage with our contractors and stakeholders to ensure they understand our expectations, and manage HSE in line with those expectations.
CC Energy has also invested in developing health and safety management systems that are aligned with international safety standards and best practices. We periodically audit these systems to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. We also have a robust incident investigation process to ensure incidents are thoroughly investigated, and relevant lessons learned are captured and communicated throughout the organisation.
